(Directions)DESCRIPTION: The topic of the meeting will be the role and responsibility of ISPs in securing cyberspace. The National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace, released in February 2003, encourages "the adoption by ISPs of a 'code of good conduct,' including cybersecurity practices and security related cooperation" (A/R 2-4). This meeting will provide an opportunity to examine what this really means at a practical level. Dr. Phyllis Schneck, president of the national InfraGard Executive Board, will lead a panel session and workshop to discuss this increasingly important national issue.
