The purpose of the Annual Business meeting is to elect the new Board of Directors. The educational portion of the meeting will include the role of the state Homeland Security Unit, and presentations about software security.

The main order of business to elect our new Board, per Article XII of the recently adopted by-laws: President (two-year term), Treasurer/VP (one-year term), Secretary (two-year term), and two Members-at-Large (one-year and two-year terms). Several individuals have expressed interest in these offices and nominations can come from the floor. Formal nominations, seconds, and a brief presentation will be made by each candidate at the meeting.
Only approved (i.e., card-carrying) or in-progress (i.e., application submitted to FBI and forwarded to FBIHQ) IG members may run for office and vote at this meeting. All members of the Vermont InfraGard chapter are welcome to attend this meeting.
